Scherp prioriteren: wat moet n\u00fa?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In crisistijd is alles belangrijk, en juist daarom moet je keuzes durven maken. Wat is urgent, belangrijk of lange termijn? Ik help het MT onderscheiden tussen ruis, risico en reparatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Nazorg en wederopbouw<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na de piek begint het echte werk. Leren van wat is misgegaan. Vertrouwen herstellen. Structuren verbeteren.
